Timeline
Acknowledgment: within 7 days.
Completion: within 30 days, followed by a confirmation email. If legal obligations require more time, we will explain and provide a new completion date.
Scope
We will delete or anonymize your personal data from our production systems and eligible backups, and instruct our processors/cloud vendors to do the same.
Where retention is required by law (e.g., tax, accounting, security), we will retain only the minimum necessary for the shortest period, and such data will be restricted from further use.
Backups are overwritten per our rotation policy and are not accessible for routine processing; our backup retention window is up to 90 days.
